Each phase is quoted, signed, paid, and reviewed before the next one starts. You can stop, change crews, or push pause at any phase line.

Land + feasibility

We walk the site, run topography, pressure-test the budget. No drawings until the numbers say go.

2–4 weeks

Design + permits

Three architects on the bench. Permits and HOA approvals are part of our scope, not yours.

8–12 weeks

03

Build

Same crew of nine on every project. No subcontractor relay race. Weekly walkthrough on Friday afternoons.

9–16 months

04

Handover

30-day punch list inside, lifetime callback. We come back if something settles.
