01 · The problem

Fjord stocked cold-weather gear no one else in Alaska sold — but the website turned away every out-of-town customer who couldn't make it to the store.

02 · The approach

Built a clean Stripe-backed storefront. Photographed the inventory in-house. Wrote a guide system so the store earns long-tail search traffic on gear questions.

03 · The result

$28K in online revenue in the first 90 days from zero. 31% of customers are repeat. The storefront now subsidizes the foot-traffic shop, not the other way around.
