Sumac's Instagram was a love letter. Their website was a Squarespace template from 2017. Catering inquiries stalled at the contact form.
02 · The approach
Rebuilt the site to match the kitchen's voice — long, lush spreads of dishes, an editorial menu, a catering funnel that quotes itself.
03 · The result
Reservations up 71%. Catering revenue 5×'d in the first quarter. The new site is now what gets cited when food critics link to them.
